CLAIMS HE’LL FIGHT FOR US, VOTES LIKE A MAGA EXTREMIST

State Rep. Craig Williams talks a good game. You’ll hear him say things about lowering costs and protecting our communities; sometimes it sounds like he really means it!

But with politicians like Craig, you gotta check the receipts. As the former in-house corporate lawyer for PECO, Craig’s votes never line up with his talk. From voting against data center regulations to killing consumer protections, Craig’s votes don’t lie. They tell the story of a guy who just can’t be trusted to stand up for US.

With utility companies and billionaires calling the shots, families in District 160 don’t stand a chance. Just check the votes:

Voted To Give Utility Companies Millions

Before taking his seat in Harrisburg, Craig Williams was a well-paid PECO executive, and helped their corporation raise your rates!

As their in-house lawyer, he was the one responsible for arguing that Pennsylvania families should pay $190 million more in energy costs. Source

HB505

Provided rebates to reduce energy costs as part of Shapiro's Lightning Plan.

Craig might not work for PECO anymore, but he’s still on their payroll.

They’ve delivered tens of thousands of dollars to his re-election campaigns, because they know that when Craig wins, they do too. Now that he’s a state representative, he fights against legislation that delivers savings to everyday Pennsylvanians and ensures that utility companies stay deregulated.

Voted Against Data Center Regulation

Data centers are on the record for driving up the cost of utility prices, overconsuming water, polluting Pennsylvania’s natural beauty, filling open spaces with ugly warehouses, and generating noise pollution with constant, intrusive humming. Craig Williams protects them from guardrails. Voting for Craig this November is a vote to put a data center in your backyard.

HB1834

Established regulatory framework for data centers to protect consumers from paying more.

Williams voted no.

Sourced. Passed the PA House 104 to 95 on March 24, 2026.Roll call

Opposing Workers’ Rights and Raising the Minimum Wage

Craig Williams has used every opportunity to keep the minimum wage low. Time after time, he proves that he does not care how many hours you work, he will allow corporations to pay you as little as possible. After systematically dismantling chances to earn a livable wage, Craig supports legislation that eases corporations’ ability to discriminate, to get away with sexually assaulting their employees, and to skip a payout after permanently injuring hard workers.

Just another example of Craig putting CORPORATIONS first and US last.

Regardless of party, the majority of Americans support access to safe reproductive healthcare. Our community is worried about putting food on their table and paying for their children’s soccer cleats, but Craig Williams is too busy following the Project 2025 playbook to pass legislation that will ease the burden on our overworked working families.
